  • The 10' x 50' covered rear deck has beautiful views of the mountains and faces one of our hay fields. This is part of a working farm. The rear deck is partially screened in off the primary bedroom. There is outdoor LED lighting as well as ceiling fans. The rear deck wraps around one side of the house with an uncovered 8' x 40' deck that leads to a ramp and access to the detached 2 car garage and front driveway area.

Lower level is also 1500 sq ft and is a daylight walk out basement that consists of the following:

  • 2 Guest Bedrooms
  • Guest bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and large linen closet for storage. Porcelain tile flooring and quartz countertop.

Application Process

There will be a $50 application fee per applicant. The application process will include the following:

  • Credit Report and Background Check
  • Verification of gross income. We will require monthly income to be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
  • Employment Verification
  • Rental History - we will request landlord references
  • References
  • Personal Identification 

Lease Terms

The following lease terms will be in your lease agreement. Violation of any of these items will be grounds for lease termination.

  • No subletting/Short term rental to others will be allowed. 
  • Maximum occupancy is 8 individuals.
  • No pets allowed
  • No farm animals allowed.
  • No  ATV use on the property.
  • No hunting of any type is allowed on the property
  • No smoking or vaping in the house
  • Occasionally, WV/Hardy County declares a NO BURN ordinance during drought.  You may not utilize the firepit during this time.
